Easy-Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE:
To exchange your product, you'll have to ship it back to us, on your expense.
Once received by us in its Original & Clean condition, we will re-ship your new parcel.
This will have a COD Charge of PKR 399.

REFUND:
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you'll have to ship it back to us, on your expense.
Once received by us in its Original & Clean condition, we will refund you your amount in your desired bank account. However, PKR 399 will be deducted for prior logistics.
